Abstract

Learning media of any type also requires teacher creativity in making or developing it. Teachers who act as facilitators in teaching and learning activities are required to be able to use the tools provided by the school and to be able to develop teaching materials in the form of interesting and interactive media. Therefore, teachers are expected to be creative using and making their own learning media that can attract students' attention and make learning more lively and interesting for students. The use of serial picture media in learning Indonesian, especially writing skills material, is expected to train students' imagination in developing a story, making it easier for students to tell stories. In addition, serial picture media is also expected to be able to provoke students to be more active in writing so as to improve children's writing skills.
